Wellness is my passion in life.


Since I was little I have always enjoyed being active and gymnastics was a big part of my life for 15 years. I spent my childhood holidays at our summer cottage climbing trees, jumping on seaside rocks and swimming in the ocean. These two things, gymnastics and time spent outdoors are the foundation for the important things in my life.

At the peak of my gymnastic career I attended the European Championships twice. Gymnastics has given me a lot, but the hard physical exercise has also left its mark. My injuries lead me to study everything from physiotherapy and Chinese medicine to nutrition and holistic wellness. Through work and studies my interest in health and admiration of our complex body still continues to grow.

I see wellness as a holistic term, that contains not only our subjective health, but also the wellness of the people around us and our connection to nature. How can we take care of ourselves in a way that makes it possible to fulfil our dreams? The cornerstones of our health are made up of movement, nutrition and recovery. These are the main focus in my own life and the services I want to share.
